Peripheral Nerve Program

The Peripheral Nerve Program specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of peripheral nerve diseases and disorders. We use a multidisciplinary approach to provide and coordinate a full range of services for evaluation and surgical care.

The medical team emphasizes early referral of patients with severe nerve injuries so those critical periods for surgical reinnervation are not missed due to a delay in evaluation.

Diseases and conditions treated

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Ulnar neuropathy
  • Injuries, including accident-related trauma and lacerations
  • Tumors such as schwannoma or neurofibroma
